This is how to turn your kitchen into a pie making factory! I go into this pie frenzy at least twice a year- Thanksgiving and Christmas. This was the day before Thanksgiving this year. One thing I have learned is to open the pie factory before Thanksgiving morning and before Christmas morning. I love a freshly baked pie, warm and straight from the oven; however, we have had some CRAZY frantic kitchens on the holidays, trying to do so much at the last minute. The years have taught me that if I can do anything in advance- do it!! I tried a few new ideas out for my pie crusts and I think you will agree, they turned out so beautiful! There is truly something for everyone here…..
