This beautiful summer cake is perfect for those summer birthdays! The frosting is all butter and powdered sugar paired with the super moist cake- it is superb ! My 88 year old mother said she thinks it was the best cake I ever made! (Since I used a box mix, I couldn’t help but think she might be wrong)…..but it IS delicious, and super easy!We took this to a local restaurant, and it was a show stopper! Everyone stopped by our table for a closer look, and some even got a piece of cake to try!
