adminThe last time I made scones was probably about 20 years ago, no lie! As I remember, the finished product looked more like small rocks and they were extremely dry. Twenty years later, I am determined to give scones another try and dove into this recipe for lemon blueberry scones. I have a habit of stopping at my local grocery store on the way to work to pick up my favorite flavored iced tea (watermelon black tea) and a blueberry scone. I have to say these scones are MUCH better than the store bought ones. They are flavorful, buttery, light and oozing with plump juicy blueberries!
