Hello November! I am trying out some new pies for this year’s Thanksgiving dinner and thought it would be fun to make an all out Cranberry Pie. My favorite pie of all time is my Cranberry Apple Pie, but once I tasted this one, I think it is time to crown a new winner!!! This is tart and flavorful- such a nice combination of orange and cranberry flavors. The butter crust is a perfect partner for this pie. There are few ingredients and it is really easy to make.
I bought a rolling pie crust cutter at Williams Sonoma and it created a beautiful faux-braided lattice for the top of my pie. Let me know if you make this, and how yours turns out.
