As you take a bite of this cheesecake, it tastes like all of the above rolled into one magnificent dessert! This is the most perfect dessert to serve at any Springtime gathering and will be definitely included on our Easter dessert buffet! The lemon curd is so easy to make and so delicious on its own- I am starting to experiment for other ways to incorporate this luscious lemony product.
The best thing about this recipe is that you can do it in parts as you find the time to assemble. Make the curd the day before you want to make the cheesecake. This can stay refrigerated for a couple of days. The garnish of candied lemon slices can also be made a day or two ahead and chilled.
