This cake has the combination of lemons and blueberries and it is THE BEST! It is so satisfying, and so perfect as the finale to any dinner. This cake is so moist and flavorful. I love easy delicious recipes like this- keep it on hand for those emergency situations when you need an impressive quick dessert! You can garnish it with blueberries, lemons or whatever else you can dream up. I used blue candy melts and freestyled some flowers to place on top of each serving. When cutting the cake, wipe off the knife in between cuts (if you want to keep the frosting “clean”).
