This is one of the easiest desserts I have ever made, but also one of the tastiest! All you need is some time for the meringue to bake slowly and dry. The rest is just fun to layer, create and decorate any way you want. This could work for any fresh fruit you want to put on the meringue layers, but in my opinion, there is nothing better than strawberries and chocolate! (well, maybe strawberries and champagne!) This is best made the day that you intend to serve it. Enjoy!!!
