adminSpringtime and Easter always make me think about lemon desserts. Lemon pies and lemon bars! Today I decided to dive into the giant bag of Almond flour that I found at Costco. The entire town is out of flour- people baking like crazy during their quarantine time. I totally get it. Baking is comforting. Baking is relaxing. It gives you so much satisfaction to create something delicious out of a handful of ingredients. Giving yourself, or someone you love a special treat and putting a smile on someone’s face is addicting. It is a way to spread LOVE. Enjoy this Lemon tart- it is wonderful! Whether you bake it for yourself or someone else, it is totally worth it. It takes just a few minutes to put together and it is fail proof!!
