I made this delicious apple pie for our dessert after an afternoon of TV football games. This was one of our “bye” weeks. We try to make it to all Air Force home football games but since they were in Boise this week, we stayed home. I dedicated this pie to all of our family’s favorite teams. Air Force! Navy! Oklahoma! Nebraska! New England Patriots! Pittsburg Steelers! (for Alex). This isn’t overly sweet- it is a little tart and is perfect with vanilla ice cream! Yum! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
