I made these loaves for my kids a couple of weeks ago and was so happy with the way they turned out, I thought I would make another 3 loaves. I love, love, love my pumpkin bread pan from Williams Sonoma. I’ve had it for years and it really provides great motivation for me to make pumpkin bread every year. You could drizzle an icing over this bread, but honestly, you don’t need it. This is almost a dessert!
