I like to go through my old collection of recipes and dig out favorites that I haven’t made in awhile. This is a recipe that I used to make for special occasions about 30 years ago. I thought it would be fun to make it again and see if we still liked it as much today as we did back then. My husband had 2 pieces (that I know of) right off the bat, so I guess the answer is YES! It is still a good one! But really, how can you go wrong with Angel Food Cake? You could make the cake from scratch….but why???? The mixes are so good and it make this such an easy and quick dessert.
